In 1994, an extraordinary archive of Edwardian films was discovered in the basement of a shop on Northgate in Blackburn. Among them was evidence that the world's first Western was made not in America but in Lancashire, by Mitchell and Kenyon.

Quiver takes that discovery into public space, accompanied by arrow-casting and archery events that returned the story to the town it belongs to.
