Jamie Holman is an artist whose work explores the cultural and material legacies of industry, class and public space. Working across historical and contemporary contexts, his practice examines labour, language and identity, and the ways they are shaped by place. Often developed through research, residency and multi disciplinary collaboration, Holman’s work reveals connections between landscape, architecture and production, foregrounding the social histories and cultures embedded within them.

Jamie Holman is associate artist for The British Textile Biennial and a board member of The National Festival of Making.
